Booking Appointment

Please read the following below before submitting:

Deposit:

* If you do not set a booking fee, no appointment will be held for you.

If you are going to be late to an appointment, please contact me so we can plan accordingly. *if you do not contact me and are more then 30 minutes late, you forfeit your appointment and deposit.

If you need to reschedule or cancel appointment please let me know 24 hours in advance.

Pricing:

$120 minimum starting price.
Any piece larger then palm sized will be based off an $130 hourly rate.
I suggest multiple sessions when working on quarter/half sleeves for most designs, based off complexity.
If you are looking to create a full sleeve, we can work together to build one piece or section at a time.

The following information will be needed in order to book and ensure you the best estimate:

-Name

-Number

-Age

-Detailed Description of piece you're interested in ( Send reference pictures if you have )

-Placement of where you want the piece

-Rough size estimate
